Want to come to my next Wholefood Workshop?

by Vashte on November 3, 2014

I have just hung up from a phone call. It was from one of the ladies who came to last Saturdays’ Wholefood Workshop.

www.Vashte.com Wholefoods

She loved it! Click HERE to see what they are saying!

She can’t believe how one afternoon in my kitchen has already changed her so dramatically! I am stoked. It is because of these testimonies and changes that I quietly do what I do. Fumbling along I go, making mistakes, and certainly not following the protocol for best marketing.. or pretty much anything.. … but following the protocol is what I have done all my life and following too closely results in very little action. So I’m doing this.. and it turns out.. doing it well!

www.Vashte.com Wholefood

Truth is not loud and truth is not brash. Truth is gentle and calm. Truth is ease and simplicity. Truth is freedom and empowerment.

Truth is love, and love is never brash.

This particular lady has not had the easiest time in life so far, but you would never know it meeting her. She is bright and vibrant and full of energy. Funny how some people just choose to make the best of life as opposed to dwelling on the pain of past.

My Wholefood Workshops have been designed to empower people. They are designed to introduce you to new ingredients, cooking styles, and concepts of thinking. I talk about the integrity of ingredients, and can offer suggestions as to where to get quality products, without paying the earth. I draw down on my learnings from the three paradigms of Spirit, Soul AND Body to provide, what I hope to be, a rich and deep, grounded, fun learning experience.

We make great food together,

www.Vashte.com Wholefoods

and we sit together to eat.

Wholefood Workshop With Vashte

The best bonding time is often through sitting down to  share good food and drink.

I offer a safe, relaxed environment where even the most unconfident people in the kitchen can have fun and experience good times making good food with good people.. resulting in delicious morsels to eat there and then, but more importantly to take home to share with family, and friends. Building confidence. That is what I am about.

Confidence- this is what these workshops aim to provide for you.

What is A Wholefood Workshop?

by Vashte on October 20, 2014

-Wholefood Workshops – glutenfree – weightloss – fatloss- vegan- raw- flexitarian – all natural

Saturday the 18th October.- Living Life OutLoud held a Weightloss and Healthy Snacks Wholefood Workshop in Budds Beach.

A small and very eager group gathered to learn and feast on foods made with new ingredients.. a taste bonanza..an experience to behold!

www.vashte.com Wholefood Workshops with Vashte

“Great class. Showed me a better way to eat and educated me on the dangers of today’s foods.” A Marchitto October 2014

My workshops are designed to give you more. Not take options away. When we take options away- the brain translates that to a ‘diet’ and immediately starts to crave the very things you a trying to avoid. Instead of ‘avoiding ‘ or ‘missing out’ on anything in life, I help train your mind to replace ingredients as opposed to ‘not being allowed’ things. I train you to live with an abundant mentality as opposed to a ‘poverty or lack’ mentality.

Wholefoood is delicious. It is made from foods that are high in nutrients, and often low in calories. The food we get from premade, pre-packaged, fast food is high in calories and low in nutrients– which  explains why people can eat an entire pizza and still be hungry. If the food we eat is nutrient dead, the body and the brain will make you continue to seek out nutrientsno matter how many calories you consumeWholefoods provide both. Wholefoods provide nutrient dense food- so the body feels full, and IS full, and the brain is therefore also fed. It is very hard to overeat when you eat wholefood. The body and brain just will not allow it.

In my workshops I explain how to ‘lose weight’ without dieting, and without pills, potions and lotions. I give you the tools to empower you. As you learn new ingredients one at a time, and how they might benefit you- how to use them and what to replace dead foods with.. the mystery is lifted from healthy eating, and what ‘healthy eating ‘actually is!!!

Empowering people for better choices in life. If it starts with food for you.. then it starts with food for you! Let it start somewhere! One step at a time!

“Very impressed with the alternative options for foods and the flavours were so intense and rich. I will certainly be introducing these into my life. ” F Cook October 2014

“Great! Freely asking questions! Vashte is full of knowledge and explains in layman’s terms. I look forward to attending another workshop. It was a relaxed and friendly environment” P Cote October 2014

If you think you can’t eat sweet treats when you live a healthy lifestyle, think again. It is all about the ingredients- the quality and the quantity. I use Purely Natural products in my sweet foods especially. They are certified Living Food- raw, organic and fairtrade. Their products make me want to melt every time I open the lids. Ingredients either make or break- your meal, and you in the end. Why fill your amazing body with food (fuel) that is not fit for human consumption.. as many ingredients found on the shelves of supermarkets are? I choose to fill my body with the best products I can find, and happily share them with you. Take what  you like away- but just implement one thing, just one thing… that is how you start to make a change in life.

These workshops are designed for beginners. They are designed to welcome you, give you confidence, and get you started in learning about the body, the brain and how food can affect so much in life. Ideas and cencepts I have been working with for many years. Ideas you can take on board, research for yourself and make your own decisions about. I want to encourage you to take back the ownership of your own lives. Take back the mind control. Ask questions. Ask where our food is coming from. Get to know local farmers. Get to know local wholefood cafes, and markets. Vote with your dollar and force the health revolution into full swing!

“Loved the Wholefood experience – thankyou Vashte and Craig for sharing your kitchen and your amazing knowledge!” C Doherty October 2014

“Amazing. Simple inspiration to go home and make changes to my eating habits. It was full of information and tips with questions answered. Vashte, you rock” R Doherty October 2014

www.vashte.com Wholefood Workshops wth Vashte

I invite you to come to one of my remaining workshops in Nov or Dec. There are three dates left.

Nov 1 – Weightloss and Healthy Snacks

Nov 15 – A Wholefood Healthy CHRISTMAS

Dec 6 – Healthy Sweet treats

I have a few spaces left in each- please email me here: info@vashte.com for details on how to get a ticket. The workshops are very small to keep it personal, hands on and welcoming. There is no SuperFood Snobbery in my Workshops. There are no seminar style classes. All questions are welcomed. You sit and dine once you make your foods, and you take the recipes with you.

The idea for Wholefood Workshops was borne from people asking me about the food I eat, how to eat, how to lose weight. How to be healthy. The workshops  have proven a success, and fun for all who have jumped on board! Including me! They are by no means extensive, but they are an introduction for you to be able to take away one or two concepts and implement them into your lifestyles. THAT is how TRUE change takes place. Baby step, by baby step. THAT is how a baby learns to walk.. why is health any different. I grow each day, and I hope you do to.

Choose to empower yourself with knowledge, and then apply it.

How about instead of waiting to get sick and then relying for the rest of your life on pharmaceutical drugs that possibly, maybe, could (by a very very very long shot fix the issue you present with- or bandaid it) but also cause as a knock-on effect, a series of other issues, often life-threatening… instead of falling into that trap…. choose to remove yourself from the matrix and live in PREVENTATIVE HEALTH. NEVER get sick because your immune system is so kickass strong, your mind is alert and awake… bugs tremble when you approach! Live a Life OutLoud and Life a Life Like Mine! Bugs die from the shadow I cast. I am so strong in Mind, Body and Spirit.

If you want a piece of the action too… you best high tail it in to one of the last remaining workshops I have available for this year. Just get your butt in and become enlightened!! And have some fun! !!

If you want to join me in the last workshops for the year- email me to secure your spaces. November is almost full- for both workshops – so if you are thinking about it… I recommend doing something about it. Jump on board!! You wont be disappointed. !!!

wholefood workshops – glutenfree – vegan – raw – flexitarian – weightloss – fatloss – 100%natural

healthy eating with Vashte

There are still spaces for the first two wholefood workshops coming up:

 Sat 18th Oct 2014

 Sat 1 Nov 2014

Are you interested?

Wholefood Workshop dates with Vashte Oct- Dec

I chose to focus on a couple of topics for these- they are the same workshop each time, so don’t book in for both! Unless you want a double wammy!

Topic: Weightloss and Healthy Snacks.

I chose these two topics as I am asked often and constantly about these two topics, and, coming into Summer and  Christmas- these are usually topics high on the priority list of many people:

  1. Because people often forget during Winter -that Summer comes quickly after Winter.. so think they will reduce naughty foods.. ‘ tomorrow’ ….and then it’s ‘ suddenly’   Summer and.. another year spent not swimming…
  2. In a bid to ‘lose weight’ – we become even more preoccupied with the very things we think we can’t have.. so end up often snacking MORE often ..consuming more than we would normally..

I’m a Personal Trainer. I have spent the past 20 years obsessed with food- what works and what absolutely doesn’t. I have a degree that tells you I’m all in the head as well- Psychology. Double major.

Great and powerful combo for attaining true health results, if you ask me.

Here is what I think:

  1. I am sick of the weightloss industry and the lies it spews out.
  2. You can not out-train a poor diet.. even if you are training for an iron man/woman. Note how the iron men and women of today are bigger than they have ever been in history. Now that speaks volumes. (I am not talking about the ones who win- I am talking about your friend down the road who enters, trains, and competes in one).
  3. Wanting to lose weight forces the mind to focus on precisely the things you don’t want to focus on.
  4. We are focused on all the wrong things in life– we trust all the wrong people, we believe the hype of clever marketing, we are forgetting to think for ourselves.
  5. We have taken the fun out of real-food eating and added so much guilt and shame to food- it is a wonder we actually eat at all…however being ‘ naughty’  is now the ‘ in ‘ thing- on the surface (no one explores compounding guilt afterwards when the party is over do they?!)
  6. We are leading into our hottest months, and that means two things: party season and Christmas.. followed closely by January when everyone thinks about dieting again..and then tries it for two weeks in February. Aren’t we sick of Groundhog Day yet? I am.

Wholefood Workshop with Vashte weightloss healthy snacks

Those are just a few things I think about these few months coming up and the concept of weightloss.

If you are like me, and love food…

If you are like me, and are sick of the shake diets, the blood diets, the anything diet ….

If you are like me, and realise we need to live…especially coming into the party and festive season…but don’t know how to feel good about yourself, or prepare yourself for the right-now that presents itself at your door: Spring and Summer…

Then please come along to one of these two workshops!

Whoelfood workshop dates with Vashte Oct -Dec 2014

There is a minimum number and a maximum number for each workshop I run. Neither of which is met yet. I understand that now is a very busy time for people- that’s the way the end of the year rolls for everyone.

My Sept workshops sold out faster than hotcakes to Eskimos! HERE are the testimonies. Pretty cool. I have had a number of people ask for wholefood workshops in the New Year as they are booked solid on every date released by me till Dec!.

If that is you too- email me to let me know and I will begin prep for the New Year- but to those of you who actually want to make some change NOW, as opposed to ‘Next Year..’ again… you need to book in!

  • I don’t do diets.
  • I don’t do short term results.
  • I DO wholefood eating.
  • I DO realistic.
  • I DO cost effective.
  • I DO fast healthy food.

I live this life for health. I pulled out of the matrix some time ago and can show you how to as well- ensuring you don’t miss out on ANYTHING and ensuring you get the best hands-on experience in the kitchen, having fun, making the best food you have ever tasted.

The great thing about my workshops is that I don’t push you into anything. I’m not selling you anything, not marketing any product.

I’m just showing you how I maintain a body fat of between 14-16% without dieting, without spending pretty much any time in the gym, without obsessing about what I CANT have to eat. I eat– I can assure of you that- look at my Instagram page, click HERE to follow me there! -and you will see what I make .. the photos are mine and I made 99% of that. Ate it too.

When my eating is off, I can train for hours in the gym, do bikram yoga, run a million miles ..and my body will be bigger than what I want it to be.

When my eating is on- without dieting I am healthy, lean and energetic. My skin is clear. My mind is in that happy place and fat falls off without thinking about it. I spend less time working out, more time sleeping and resting. More time in peace.

You can get on that journey too if you register for one of these workshops.. email me here : info@vashte.com.

They are fun, they are delicious and they will empower you to make more clever choices- without missing out. Stuff that! You could stop the binges. You can stop the obsession. You can gain back control through healthy wholefood eating- its logical. It’s easy. It will save you money and time- and your kids will love you for it.

Attending your food workshop on the weekend not only took away our fear but inspired us to experiment and have fun with food that will only serve to nourish us… This morning we enjoyed your “Heaven in a Glass” and from a 5 and 9 year old, it got thumbs up. (Mr 5 said maybe less seeds would be good, but his glass was still well eaten from lol). Thank you Vash Te, we are so happy to have begun this path with your help.  Such an awesome afternoon. Would recommend to anybody wanting to take action toward real health xx Dylan was walking on clouds when we left, actually muttered “that was one of the best days of my life” haha, bless his little heart xxx  Love Paula and Dylan xx My kitchen has never smelt soo good. …Thanks to Vash Te and her amazing food workshop! ‪#‎vegesoup‬ ‪#‎pearledbarley‬ ‪#‎coconutheaven‬ And the best part is, it’s ALL GOOD! ‪#‎ohmygoodness‬!! Why Chia Seeds?

by Vashte on September 29, 2014

superfood- weightloss – fatloss – vegan- detox- raw- healthyeating – all natural- glutenfree

chia seeds www.vashte.com

Chia seeds have received a rise in popularity again since  hhmmm about 2008-2009- if you ask me.  That was when the health food stores started seeing more brands coming on board, more marketing and then, as a result of that marketing.. more demand. Stands to reason- supply and demand. Today you can buy chia seeds from the supermarkets. You find them in the health food sectiona section that is growing faster than many other sections in the supermarkets as more companies understand that you and I are eduating ourselves and no longer demanding spoon feeding.

Chia is almost a household ingredient… almost, but not quite… but …why are we demanding it?

Well.. its one of those…‘ superfoods ‘.. right? So it ‘must’ be good for us- so we want it. … That is pretty much how it goes isn’t it?  “I heard it was good for me so I want it.”  “My friend puts some in her smoothies and she feels great. I want to feel great too. ” ‘” Someone said it helps with weightloss -I will have that too. ” You know the story.

I thought I would pop down a few facts I found for you to peruse over as to why I use chia in my foods, and why I have found it good for me. Yes, I do think chia is a great ingredient in the pantry. Pretty much any day you come to my house you will likely find some either in my pantry unopened or in the fridge- (that is where I keep most opened product due to humidity and weevils..such is life in QLD) .. lol. or you will find foods that that I have made and have frozen ready for eating – with chia in! Yes chia is a friend to my body and mind! Love it!

The good stuff:

100g chia provides:

  • 9x more omega 3 than salmon and zero mercury! Bonus!!
  • 2 x more protein than 3 eggs
  • 2 x more fibre than oats and ZERO GLUTEN
  • 5 x more calcium than a glass of milk and ZERO PUS!!!

So as a celiac- of which I am, and many people are although most do not know it – it is highly beneficial for me to choose not to eat gluten/grains (due to the gross genetic modification and gluten content) as well as choose not to consume most dairy products esepcailly milky, processed, pasturised pus filled milk and cream. Chia can give me what you think I am missing out on!! Yay!

100gm of chia is a truck load though- don’t go out and stick 100 gm of chia in a glass and drink it- you will explode! Chia, when coming into contact with fluid produces a gel like substance around the chia seed. It is pretty cool to watch. Place a teaspoon  in your glass bottle of water, some lemon, shake it up and leave it for an hour- you will see how the chia ‘expands’ and results in a gel like substance – a bit like little frogs eggs lol. Drink throughout the day! I do, it keeps me full between meals as well as keeping my mind alert, and my energy high providing me with nutrients without ‘eating’ a meal. Perfect.

Chia is high in :

  • fibre
  • calcium,
  • complete protein
  • amino acids
  • slowly processed carbohydrates
  • and loaded with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and omega-3

Chia seeds added to meals and drinks can:

Vashtes Green Smoothie www.vashte.com

  • boost energy
  • improve brain, heart and skin health
  • thicken soups and casseroles instead of flour based thickeners- or thickeners filled with fillers.

Chia keeps me healthy from the inside out. And that is the only way to achieve true health- from the inside out.

Chia are called a ‘superfood ‘ yes- but don’t fall into the ‘superfood’ trap. Keep it real. Superfood is now a term that is coined by those clever marketers to sell you more of what you don’t really need. In this case- ‘superfood’ is a good term to use. The benefits from chia are outstanding. The Mayan’s are believed to have, in times of scarce solid food, only consumed chia and water and been able to run for days.  So great for running!! lol!!

Chia are said to be a complete superfood as they are supposed to be the richest plant based source of omega 3, protein, dietary fibre and antioxidants.  And because of their high fibre content they keep the body feeling fuller for longer which can result in eating less as the body feels full. When the body is filled with nutrients dense food(of which chia is)  the brain switches of the ‘hunger trigger’- so the mind moves away from being all consumed with food too. Make sense?  This can help  with weightloss/ fatloss – and sanity!

So all this said and told, I think chia is fabulous for the yummy and delicious foods I can make with it as well!!

Chia can be used as a breakfast.. in homemade cereals (grain free and nut free if  you, like me prefer grain free, sugarfree and often nut free foods…)

www.vashte.com chia breakfast

Chia pots- which can be eaten any time of the day as well as a desert.. certainly beats all those horrible refined sugar options out there!! As a breakfast pot this will keep you going till lunch easy!!! Watch the 10am sugar crash disappear without you even thinking about it! Goodbye ‘diets’.

If you want to detox your body as so many people seem determined to do these days .. instead of buying some packaged premade juice drinks delivered to your door …containing preservatives to keep them looking pretty for longer. Or instead of buying into the latest and great scam I have heard of in a long time.. marketed as a detox system– selling you low quality whey protein drinks overflowing with poor quality ingredients/fillers and …SUGAR….

Why don’t you just pop on down to the supermarket or health shop and get yourself some fabulous gelatinous plant foods like… hmmm oh I know… chia!!! or aloe vera or and seaweed!!!. All natural just the way God made them.

chia in water www.vashte.com

These foods form the gel- the gelatinous fibre- in fluid. This gelatinous fibre moves through the intestinal tract absorbing and binding waste. They particularly absorb bile salts produced by the liver (oooh a liver detox type thing….); taking with them fat soluble toxins (sounds good yes?) that the body needs and wants to get rid of. Without foods such as chia, aloevera and or seaweed – all foods that produce this fabulous gel- the body finds it very hard to rid itself of the toxins we consume or absorb. When the body can’t pass toxins, the toxins get dumped…into fat cells… and the more crap we eat, the poorer our lifestyle choices.. the more we produce fat cells as we need a place to dump toxins.. which eventually turn into more  insidious things if left uncleared…. The small intestine is where it all starts, when foods/toxins are left there- they are just reabsorbed back into the body.- This is bad.

We need to release all toxins so they do not pollute the body.

Drinking pre made juice, proteins, whey or non dairy, as ‘detoxes’ just does not compute. Don’t waste that $600 odd a month on some MLM scheme no matter how amazing they say they feel. Just wait till they start back on real food again!! Or check back on them in 5- 10 years time- and see who is the healthy one..or who is still actually around….

eat wholefood for weightloss. www.vashte.com

Eat loads of green veges.. bought from your local farmers markets, or permaculture farm.. they are everywhere- you just need to have a squiz for them. Now they are just as reasonable in price as the supermarkets if you are buying in season. Stop demanding all foods all year round. It just isn’t natural! We are seasonal for a reason! So enjoy the foods that are available in season and watch your body detox naturally, and easily!

I hope this gives you an idea of why I dig chia seeds! You are welcome to comment or ask me questions!

My info comes from a documentary I sell – if you want it- let me know and I will get you a copy Expand your knowledge and resources- empower yourself. Take back the control. ONE LIFE LIVE IT WELL!!!!

Here’s to your health and a better world for you, and your children’s children.

Keeping health real, realistic and attainable for everyday people xx

by Vashte on September 12, 2014

Wholefood Workshops With Vashte - SOLD OUTFirstly I want to THANKYOU all so much for your enthusiasm and support for my Wholefood Workshops!! They have been received so well, and with such encouragement!! THANKYOU!!

thankyou from Vashte.comThe first workshop takes place tomorrow  :) I am very excited !! The workshop is filled with amazing people all wanting to have fun, and learn more about the basics of my style of food prep. So- I have a very cool afternoon planned :) It is chocka- block full of ideas, concepts and yummy food!!! Not a grain of refined sugar, refined flour..refined anything in sight! If anyone walks away hungry… I will fall over myself in disbelief.

Made with Love from Vashte.com

My wholefood workshops are planned to be easy, and fun and designed for everyone to get their hands messy, sticky and tasty! It is my firm belief that this is the best way to learn– having been a ‘resistant’ cook for many years growing up I know what it is like to have no confidence in the kitchen- and no desire to be there. NOW – I love the place because I know I am creating the most tasty, delicious meals and morsels… and my food does not make me fat!!!

I long believed food made me fat. That just by looking at food I would put on weight. Even if I smelt food I would gain weight. No longer !!! As I grow in knowledge and understanding of INGREDIENTS, and how they affect the body and mind… what foods my body loves, and what foods my body just absolutely does not love….. food is now my friend. It is not the enemy.

So my friends! I share this and so much more with you in my wholefood workshops, on this page and beyond!! Very excited and so stoked you are all behind me. It really is very encouraging and I greatly appreciate it. I truly do.

My second class on the 27th Sept 2014 is now closed too as I have hit the maximum for that workshop as well!! Thankyou!!!

If you missed out, or couldn’t make these dates- I will be holding more workshops in Oct with a different menu– each month my wholefood workshop will be themed to suit the season–  I cook to the seasons, and keep things as organic as possible. If you want to be in one of the October workshops – you will need to subscribe to my website (top right corner of the home page) as all subscribers get first choice for spaces as a thankyou for hanging with me here!

Wholefood Workshops with Vashte

I specialise in weight loss but I prefer to take the focus off that and make food fun. When we make food fun, using whole ingredients that actually nourish the body, taste incredible and make you feel on top of the world… the rest just falls away without too much bother. This whole ‘weightloss’ industryit is failing. Don’t be part of the failing industry- be part of the REVOLUTION. – the WHOLEFOOD REVOLUTION!! Stay here with me a while, hang out, have fun, and let go of all that baggage the world puts on you. THIS is the way forward to true health.  Come out of the matrix :)

Let’s get the whole ‘weightloss’ thing in perspective!!

Please feel free to share my posts and my site with anyone you know- I prefer to be gentle and realistic in the approach to health.

I would love to see you in my October classes (dates to be released) !! So subscribe today!!!!

Fathers Day

by Vashte on September 7, 2014

Today, in Australia, it is Fathers Day. I wish all the Fathers out there a wonder day, embracing the gift they have been given in this life.

fathers day

It is my brother’s first Fathers Day. He seems to be a pretty cool Dad. His son even gave him a book called “Why I love my Daddy”. When I asked him what the book said, my brother remembers “He is funny” and “He is clever” – straight off the cuff.. not too much else 😉 His son is about 5 months old… so .. I guess he must be as clever as his Dad is… :) They have a beautiful family- filled with love and it shows.

I respect and honour all parents out there. It is a mammoth task and one I have not experienced. Yet or perhaps ever. Who knows.

I know it takes a strong man. A loving man. A true man to be a Dad.

In church today the paster gave us this quote which I loved: “It is easier for a Father to have children, than it is for children to have a good Father”. Hands up those who know this to be true – on both sides of the fence. My hand raises.

An ideal family celebrates this day with their Dad. The man they lean on, trust, feel safe with. This is the image I imagine in my mind about Fathers Day and the one I pray you are celebrating today!:

fathers day2

For me, Fathers Day has been a day of unexpressed annoyance I guess. I don’t remember my Dad being around, and certainly don’t remember words of encouragement, much love or support from him. Every girl wants the love of her ‘father’. But my ‘father’ was never really much of a ‘father’. I remember fighting though. Too many families are like this today. I pray that more people understand how important it is for a child to have a Mum AND a Dad. If they have issues- keep it away from the children. He was never very good at that. Children are smart and see through everything – it is funny how some adults think they don’t. -Especially when those adults were once children too..

I had a step father once for a while- he tried to be a good man, and a good father. I still respect the role he played in my life as that person. He spent time helping me with certain classes in school, and he tried to be the ‘man’ we needed in our family. As a Dad. But he is no longer in our lives either.

My biological Father is alive. I don’t speak to him very often. I’m not angry with him or upset with him. I still love him because I have a small understanding of who he is, and what it might have been like growing up in his family as a child. And I believe it would have been horrible. HIS father was a bad man. It is harder for  a person who has never been shown love, to give love or express it. It is not impossible, but my Father, chose not to change very much. That is OK with me- it is what it is.

I’m still a girl who wants the love of a Father. I know he loves me even though he doesn’t show it, or know how to show it well, or has bothered much to try..

I am safe though- because I found a real love from The Father of all- Christ Jesus’ Father: God.  So for all the people out there who have not experienced love from their Dad’s. For those who have been mistreated. For those who have been abandoned- and for those who actually do have the coolest Dad’s in the world! -There is One out there who really does love unconditionally- no matter what- through thick and thin- is never angry with you – and always forgives. There is One who will make you feel safe, and keep you safe from all things.. and He is with you all the time.

His name is God. Jesus Christ’s father. Our creator.

God IS love so everything He does is in love. Pretty cool to have a Dad who always, always, always walks in love. It’s very safe. It’s very empowering.

fathers day3

So I leave you with this thought:

Dad– I do love you- even though I don’t speak to you often.

AND:

God is GOOD and something GOOD is going to happen today and everyday with God our Father walking with us.

Happy Fathers Day Everyone!

Forgive your children. Forgive your parents. Forget it all- there is no point harbouring memories that only eat you up, spit you out and end up destroying lives.

xx Vashte xx
