Hi Vashte this looks great and I love you website.. how clever. I’m going to check it out often to see what new things you put up. I’m keen to lose weight and get into more excercise and fitness. Very inspiring and helpful website. I’m not sure of the buckwheat pancakes.. I tried them once and wasn’t keen on it. maybe yours is better.

Hi Vashte, just discovered this, but maybe I am doing something wrong, was able to access recipes for smoothies but not any of the others, can you tell me what I am doing wrong? Will purchase some of these ingredients on my way home.

Hi Rachel, I think we may be experiencing a slight technical hitch. My IT gurus are working on it right now to fix it.. I will let you know when we are fixed! Please be patient with us, we are organic here and doing things ourselves.. I wouldnt have this up if it wasnt for these awesome ladies!. Wont be long!!
