What are your goals?

Business; career; financial; physical; spiritual; relationship… all of the above? The same rules apply.

DO NOT QUIT.

You only lose if you quit. Fighters are winners. You can fight with a loving heart too – revenge and anger do not work. They will only backfire; on you.  So listen to your heart and take your head with you.

Be smart.

Act in love and keep your wits about you.

Don’t be fooled into comparing yourself to the progress of others- keep your head down and keep working towards your personal goals. They are yours and were put in your heart for a reason.

For this season.

Pray.

To Jesus- I AM Christian so I say that.. Pray for wisdom over and above all things. Wisdom will produce your heart’s desires. There is no point being given your hearts desires if you have no wisdom. Without wisdom, you will lose all that you are given and have worked for in a flash.

Pray that your eyes of understanding be opened.

BE the tortoise, you don’t HAVE to be the hare.

A shooting star shines for but a moment, whereas a SHINING star shines bright and long.

Build roots with integrity. Your foundation is important. You know what happened to the man who built on sand… the man who builds on rock builds on solid foundation. He builds an empire and something worth holding onto. This takes time.

Don’t choose the short cuts. A short cut is the longest distance between two points. We have proven that time and time again in our own lives surely? There is ALWAYS a price to pay that far out ways the benefits a ‘shortcut’ will get you.

One step at a time and you CAN and you WILL reach your goals.

What is the rush? There is none. Today we are blessed more than any other time in history, in that we can reinvent ourselves at ANY given time and ANY given age in the Western world.

Understand that.

This is a poem sent to me via email that needs to be shared. It is written by ‘anonymous’ – someone just like you or me. Figure out that when the going gets tough, and you do NOT quit, results come. Please enjoy this poem as I have xxx:

Do Not Quit

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,

When the road you’re trudging seems all uphill,

When the funds are low and the debts are high,

And you want to smile but you have to sigh,

When care is pressing you down a bit

Rest if you must, but do not quit!

For life is strange with its twists and turns,

As every one of us sometimes learns,

And many a failure turns about,

When he might have won if he’d stuck it out.

Success is failure turned inside out,

The silver tint of the clouds of doubt.

And you never can tell how close you are,

It may be near when it seems so far.

So stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit,

It’s when things seem worst that you must not quit!
